Zoom blur

I was out on the Antelope valley but it was too windy to capture anything. Then I just got bored and put 2 polarizers + 9x ND over the len to reduce the shutter down to 2sec. I put the zoom len at 50mm, pressed the shutter then turn the lens to 70mm. Thus this is the effect I got from it.
