This is Trang Tien Bridge (Cầu Tràng Tiền), one of the famous landmark in Hue city (Central of Vietnam). This is during the Hue Festival which is held every 2 years in the summer. During this time, the bridge got lit up in seven different colors and rotated every 5 minutes.
Interesting symmetry with great colors. If you don't mind me asking, how long is the shutter for this shot? I see stars! hahaha...

What star are you talking about. If you meant the "star"-light, then the effect can be created using small aperture. I don't recall the shutter speed but I can get the information for you. As the branches hanging down on the top of the frame, it was illuminated using a small Canon 300D on camera flash (not powerful enough to illuminate).

I remember that place! Hue was interesting, although I preferred Hoi An and Hanoi, probably my favorite places in Vietnam. Great capture!
